Policies & Disclaimers

Here are a few guidelines to help ensure that we are able to offer you the best possible quilting experiences.

Class Policy

Pre-registration is a must. Class fees are required to register. We consider your enrollment to be a commitment to our teachers, so please check class dates and your own calendar carefully before registering. Be sure to pick up the items on your supply list prior to class, so you can be prepared to start at once. When signing up for a class, please be aware the instructors are helping you learn a technique and/or how to put blocks of a quilt together. For most classes you will get a few blocks complete, not an entire quilt.

Cancellation Policy

Many of our classes have wait lists. To receive store credit for any cancellation, we must be notified 72 hours in advance so we may offer your space to another student. No refunds will be given otherwise.

Classroom Machines

Our classrooms are equipped with Pfaff and Baby Lock sewing machines for your use. If you prefer to use your own machine, just let us know when you register, so we may leave space available.

Privacy Policy

We are as concerned about online privacy as you are, so we try to ask our customers for as little information as possible. That said, we do collect and maintain information about our online customers. Here's our Privacy Policy:

  • We do collect name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information from our customers. We use them only to process your order.
  • We may use contact information to reach you if there is a concern with your order.
  • We stay in touch with our customers through email. You may opt out at anytime, although we hope you don't.
  • We never sell, give or share your email address or contact information with any third party... ever!
